Job description:
- monitors general health – observes and records the general appearance, functionality, changes in behavior and other indicators of health problems, measurement of pressure, pulse and temperature,
- intensified monitoring of the user under psychopharmacotherapy and the user in a deteriorated state of health,
- organizes the provision of health services – accompanies the user in the provision of primary health care services and specialist health services,
- implements spr measures
