  • Provides information to guests related to the baths in person and over the phone
  • He is responsible for organizing the entrance to the bathing area
  • Invoices and charges for tickets and provides all necessary information to guests at the entrance to the pools
  • He issues bracelets for entering the bathing area and takes care of returning them
  • Make sure that the atmosphere at the reception
