Office ManagerIt performs activities as follows:

  • Keeps records of working hours and records of travel orders (travel invoices),
  • Prepares and organizes courses and, if necessary, keeps minutes,
  • Keeps a file of workers,
  • Updates the address book of associates, customers and suppliers,
  • Regulates the needs for office supplies and reports to the director about the needs for the same,
  • Follow the results of the same, as well as the results.
  • Preparation of documentation

Requirements

Education required: Viša ili prvostupanjska;fakultet, akademija, magisterij, doktorat

Work experience: Nije Potrebno

Driving licence: B

Computer skills: Potrebno poznavanje osnova informatike

Job description:
